Great reference book

This book is a great reference guide to start thinking about menopause. It shares a lot of references and help. I’m happy that I listened to it And most likely will get a printed copy As a reference for the future.

What to expect when you’re expecting perimenopause

This book is a great resource. I recommend listening/reading the intro and the first chapter and then jumping to where you need specific information.

So helpful at such a trifling moment in life

This book was science based but also hit home on a very mental and emotional level. All of the things that I had been experiencing that “felt like I was going crazy” was articulated so well in this book that I felt like I had been heard & understood for the first time in months. I wish mode women & doctors knew about this topic. I’ve been treated for lupus, treated for arthritis, and so many other things and not once provider has asked me about menopause, histamine or hormone levels. A must read for all women above the age of 30 so you don’t spend months or even years hating yourself for becoming an unrecognizable crazy bitch. Thank you!!
