this book was hugely informative, super helpful, well written, and an easy listen. the only thing I felt that was lacking was more natural information. in other words more homeopathic instead of all pharmaceutical. this world is relying too much on big Pharma and not enough on their own natural resources. there has been years and years of testing on natural resources and proven results have been recorded throughout. just because a scientific team hasn't tested these results doesn't mean that they don't work. I'm not against pharmaceutical help, I'm just for knowing what's going into my body and understanding what the side effects can be, and how I can eliminate them. I recommend this book for every woman pre and postmenopausal. there's not enough information for us to be able to understand our bodies because unfortunately it's always been about men. I'm so glad I found this book for women who need assistance, which means the entire female population because we will all go through this. thank you thank you thank you.
