The Bible of Anti-aging

Dave has done all the research and experimented with them! Learn how to live to 180 or 100 is fine WITHOUT disease and fully functional.

Biohacking is on the Rise

I really enjoyed this body of work. I first heard of Dave Asprey on The Doctor's Farmacy podcast that is hosted by Dr. Mark Hyman. I was intrigued by all of his quirky ways of trying to extend his life and wondered if it was even possible. Super Human was a quick read and I highly recommend this book to others. I picked up a lot of useful tips that I plan to incorporate in my life and share with loved ones. Thank you Dave for being authentic and not caring what those who disagree think. If it works, it works and if it doesn't, then it doesn't, but at least you tried. You are a great leader in the biohacking community. I am inspired.

very good and all info should be considered

this boom was Great. a lot of good info. a lot of this info flys in the face of a lot of good established science, However learning takes place if u read both sides of the story. after and duri g the reading I looked for debates he had with nutritional science and it was very informative. the other half pretty much hits the nose on the head and agrees with accepted science. I suggest reading all of it even if you disagree then compare and research what the established science says. there is a TON that you can get out of this book!

Amazing information!

I am so glad Dave Asprey has taken the time to share his knowledge! They are definitely words to live by. I have implemented some of these pearls of wisdom and I am already astonished at the amazing results! I strongly recommend to read this book for health buffs.

So much great info! A must-read!

I loved this book! I have been so excited for it to come out and I was pleasantly surprised to hear that this one was narrated by the author! What a bonus! It was like listening to one super long and informational BP Podcast! I can't wait to go back and "re-read" and bookmark some of the things that I found most interesting or want to try first! The thing that I appreciated most about this book was how well-organized it was presented. It is filled with tons of great information that may have seemed overwhelming had it not been for the summary of action items at the end of each chapter. What a great user experience!
