I am glad I listened to this book. I learned ways to improve my health. I am lactose intolerant and was able to eat feta and hard cheese however this seems to have changed for me. I also was a long covid person where I lost my sense of smell and taste for 6 months and had no idea this had to do with gut health. After listening I will consult my doctor, make changes in my diet and start walking again. I appreciate the research put into this book. It certainly has motivated me to do a cleanse and begin caring for my gut!!

I knew I would love this book when I heard the opening quote. I totally agree that health problems that can be solved by dietary changes should be solved that way. I would much prefer to use my body’s natural ability to heal itself than continually take a pill that covers the symptoms but doesn’t actually fix the root of the problem. If you’re looking for a solution to doesn’t just cover things up, but actually fixes the problem then this book is for you.

The author of this book did a beautiful job. Importance on this subject of gut is highly important. Research was made very deep, specific, detailed. People are should be more conscious what to eat, when to eat, what size portions to eat, because it's matter. Gut organ dictates what kind of health you have. And so, whatever you put in your body is matter, you can't ignore it. Unfortunately, people are with busy lifestyle positioned themselves in situation of no time for cooking, prepairing, eating healthy. That's not right. Fast food industry is booming. Why? Because, idea of eating fast food was sold to lifestyle busy people. Businesses are investing anonymous amount of money on marketing. That's how business works. We can't follow blindly the World of economics. People have to wake up, life is not about make money only. You happy when you are healthy. I knew the importance of eating healthy, but this book opened my eyes widely how the gut works. What kind of food recommends to eat, what kind of food recommends to stay away. What practices to use it, as meditation, breathing exercises, cut back size of your portion. Alcohol consumption. Everything is playing a big part. Unfortunately World elite 1% don't want people to be healthy. Depopulation is their massive agenda. We have to be conscious all the time what times we are living and think for yourselves.
