I found myself suffering with many ailments, that when testing this diet, I found myself healing and after taking blood tests, I found my cholesterol lowered, liver enzymes lowered, and sugar levels back to normal. I tried other diets for two years and nothing seemed to work. Finally I made a lifestyle change and healed myself of all health problems.
