Keto wins
The keto diet wins over all other diets in my eyes. You have to like it. It has to be your cup of tea. But for me, yeah, I mean.... I liked the narration of Tony Francis a lot. He's a good pro narrator. So was the text. Nothing wrong with it.

I liked it
I liked this book. I can't say anything bad about it. Maybe some of the wording came across as a little awkward, but I guess that was just the style of the author. Not bad.
