You Get Results

I been working on my blood pressure for the last 10 years and have not been successful in lowering it. In one week I've lost 10 LBS and dropped my BP from 150/99 to 133/82! This is effective!

Excellent!!!

I don’t leave to many reviews but this is definitely an insightful and helpful book. I’m so glad I listened to it. Thanks for allowing this book to be available to us. Not too many out there on high blood pressure.

This diet really works

Great information!!! Dr. Brill explains every recommendation. So that you understand how the recommendations work. I eat a banana and kiwi every day and walk an hour almost every day. My blood pressure is 110/77 when I follow Dr. Brill’s recommendations. When I neglect her recommendations my pressure goes up immediately.

Listening to this book has motivated me to take my health seriously and start back exercises regularly and learn to eat better and without salt.

Blood Pressure down.

My blood pressure was bad. 200/120. with meds still high 150/100. Follow the book. Walk 20 min twice a day, take vitamins,get magnesium and potassium , and drink water. It has dropped to an average 120/75. Very happy with the results.

Very informative

Provided a lot of options to utilize to get your blood pressure down from certain foods, and the things in the fruits, vegetables along with exercise, dark chocolate what sets it apart and wine.

I will listen regularly to make it my daily habit.

And great PDF to reference at any time.

Good info on BP lifestyle changes.

Very informative and easy to listen to driving. Has some research information to back up claims and offers resources. Great Audiobook. Very common sense and more.

Only negative is that the resource website and PDF seem non-existant. Ill change review to 5 stars if the resources become available to me.
