This will do

With 2 hours and 54 minutes, it just barely comes under the 3 hour limit, so it's much cheaper, even though you get the same length (basically).

So about the book: Emily Sparrow seems to have included everything she could find to put it into this book. Needless to say, you'll get a lot of health tips that have nothing to do with the keto diet in particular, but are just good advice anyway. All the elements of the keto diet are in here, though, so that wasn't a complaint. I mean, I wouldn't complain if I gave it 5 stars, right? Yes, 5 stars is right, because it's an excellent book.

Never so good

The keto books were never as good as the likes of this. Ok. That sounded a little weird, but you get the picture. With all the garbage books that are being uploaded on Amazon every day, this one stood out as NOT being so bad. In fact, I really enjoyed it. So thanks author and narrator. Good job. Keep it up.
