Loved it. I can't wait to complete the series. The girls are wonderful. Their friendship is sweet.

Decent Read

Good story line. Good character development. Some of the dialogue between the main characters during intimacy was a bit silly and left me thinking who says that during sex. And the reason the Viscount couldn’t love Sophie was weak. With that said, I still enjoyed the book. I would recommend.

A little hot and naughty on the side

The reader was great and did a fairly believable naughty count voice. I really like that the story line was not wholly predictable or saccharine. It dug a little deeper into what it meant to be shunned. Bravo. Regency romance with an edge. Well worth a listen for those that think they can charm the stripes off a tiger -only to discover a pussy cat. Wishful thinking to some degree, but isn’t that what romance is all about?

wonderful listen

This book was such a joy to listen to. I was laughing and crying. The characters are so rich and full of fun. I couldn't put it down. I was swept away. looking forward to reading/listening to more by this author and hopefully the reader as well. 5 stars all the way.

Just as a Historical romance should be

Decent story, no rambling mental dialogue. I'm not a fan of the narrator as most of the male voices sound sneering , pompous men even when they are friends but don't let that stop your from listening.
