Loved every word. She has such a gift for balancing romance and emotion where they totally satisfy my romantic soul. A wonderful storyteller.

Beautiful romance...finding true love!

This was another super addition to the whole world of "Scoundrels" Heath has created! I loved having Jack Dodger in the story.

This book was steamy - and I loved Ashebury and Minerva's chemistry from the start. There was plenty of angst - that underlying knowing when the other shoe was going to drop! But the supporting cast of characters play such an important role in this book. Well developed characters lead you to want to hear everyone's story!

Heath quickly became one of my all time favorite writers. She created a world I hope never ends! This was just a small piece of the puzzle and it is wonderful. Already in love with her next book in this series and can't wait for more!

Easy story to listen to

Nice little story. The fmc is painted as not wanting to be taken advantage of but it comes off as extremely low self esteem. if there wasn't so much internal dialogue it would be much shorter. Overall not bad though

Should have used both narrators

The book should have been read by both narrators the whole story for their respective parts in the story.

Throughly Enjoyed

I started off with Lorraine Heath Saint James Street series and just kept on going from there she does not disappoint loved it.

So much intrigue and unexpected twists this book totally held my attention and interest beginning to end.

Is there anything you would change about this book?

The narration....maybe the narration soured everything else about this book. But I found it slightly absurd and the sex scenes were not well written. I would NOT listen to this again.

This sorry was very well written and fell right in line I loved hearing about the life of the child of Dogger

Good story

This story reminded me a lot of the ugly duckling. Although in this story the duckling was already a swan she just had to realise it. I loved the hero he was very likeable as was the heroine. I enjoyed this story it was very easy to listen to very well narrated also well written.
