Worked for me!
Had no idea what to expect with this sleep aid, but just about anything is worth a try when it comes to attempting to fall asleep. It can take hours of tossing and turning before I can finally drift off; my constant and frustrating struggle. So, cue Diddy and his relaxing voice, the breathing instructions, the clearing of the thoughts, the sinking further into the bed...
I have no idea how the “story” ends because somewhere in the midst of the playback I fell asleep. Sweet, gentle sleep.
It worked for me!

My 1998 self wanted to laugh, but it was too good
This was so good! I actually started listening just to see what Puff Daddy (lol) sounded like in a meditation, but then.....his words were so comforting and powerful that I kept listening until the end. Definitely will listen again, it did the trick to relax me before bed and send good vibes to those I care about.

Best sleep in years!
Went to sleep last night at 3AM and had to wake up at 7 AM. Before sleep I listened to Diddy’s guided meditation and didn’t think it’d have much of an impact. Woke up today clear as a bell and was super focused and precise the whole day without having my mind run endlessly between situations that don’t exist. It’s 2:10 AM the next day and I’m still on 98% percent of battery. I respected and learned from Diddy before in life but after listening to this gem (now my daily pre-sleep go-to routine) I realised how small I am and how much I still have to learn. Thank you Diddy! Much love and appreciation to you!

Excellent Voice For Meditation
Diddy really reaches your core while his voice commands you to relax. I try and listen almost every night. Wish he would put out his own collection.

PUT THIS ON BEFORE GOING TO BED!!
This meditation will make you think differently and will teach you the importance of calmness, zen and not being so stressed out all the time. At first I couldn't help but giggle because it was Diddy's voice but HONESTLY it cleared my mind out completely and made me feel so peaceful and so comfortable.

Thanks Audible and Diddy!
All I have to say is it was a refreshing change and it worked! I have listened to Diddy for the last two nights and not heard the whole recording because I fell asleep. The tone of his voice and cadence were calming. Was so pleased that he didn’t tell me the EXACT position I needed to be in. That doesn’t work for everyone. Yes, the counting for breathing was a little off, but I don’t think this recording was intended for children. Adults should understand he’s asking us to breath deeply - right?

Best meditation on Audible
Loved this one. Of the many bedtime meditations I've downloaded ( how do I get rid of the ones that were not good?) I loved his relaxed, way way of making me feel safe and comfortable, and the great focus on uplifting and positive things. Wish he'd done more!
