Amazing book!
The way she broke up the different rooms and how we can go in and out of each room is simply amazing! Her voice and poetry is soothing while she helps you dig deep. I've already listened to certain sections a few times already. This will certainly be a book that I will return to many times.

Full of good information but tending to it is hard because the flat sleep inducing monotone reading.
If it was read in a tone that is flat and monotones reading. It’s not the voice is unpleasant,it’s just like a droning flat tone that makes me want to say please let this be over,and you lose the words.

A great book—Welcome Home!
My sister asked if this book had anything to do with being in the military and I said “no “ but I was wrong! It is for everyone especially people who have experienced trauma of any sort. I would call it a self help book but not sure the author would agree.

MUST READ!
I absolutely needed to read this book. I resonated with her message and this book gave me goosebumps numerous times. definitely worth the listen and the fact that she reads her own book...you can feel the emotion she was trying to portray. this book hit it out of the park.
