If you’re starting on your wellness journey this book and authors podcast content is a good jumping off point. As an RD I’m a little weary of anyone recommending such low carbohydrate diets including physicians. I like this author and think the editor needs to go through again to polish the presentation of her content. I caught At least 3 mistakes where she asked for an edit.

This book reeled me in from the very beginning until the very end! I thought it might be filled with too much science or be hard to understand. That wasn't the case at all. This was personal and I felt her passion as she narrated her own book. I have been following Dr. Seeman on social media since I started my lifestyle change and she speaks the truth...truth I wish I'd known sooner but it's never to late to adopt a healthier lifestyle! At 65 I finally feel like "I'm hard to kill"! Don't let a life threatening diagnosis be the reason for a change of lifestyle like I did....make the change now....you won't regret it! Thank you Dr. Seeman for all you do and being part of my tribe. Loved this book!
