Usable

This book is wonderful and full of advice with clear steps on how to apply to your daily life. Dr Lyon hits the nail on a head with addressing habits and mental framework as the most important ingredient of success. I’ve been following Dr Lyon on insta for a while but this book accented how much passion she puts in her work to help people achieve better life and health. I love it!

Motivational

Good up-to-date info. Motivating. The cadence of the narrator is a bit tough to listen to. Increase the speed to 1.2 and it’s tolerable.

Material is gold…the reading is not.

Please BUY this book, do not download. I have the reading speed at 1.35x and it’s still painful to listen to. But again, this book is a must READ.

Great Read for OTs/PTs!

This is a wealth of condensed, applicable information. As an outpatient OT I love having sound information to improve the lives of my patients. So many injuries, falls and function-limiting diagnoses can be prevented by growing skeletal muscle and being strong as we age! Loved this book!

Great message

The book is great, and I love the overall message and content. The authors voice is a little distracting as her cadence goes up and down and drops at the end of most sentences. I had to crank the volume all the way up, which was slightly annoying, but I got used to it.
