Wow!!!!!

I received an ARC from NetGalley and loved it so much I picked up the audio when it released.

So this story falls into a recent trend of mine of new-to-me authors who punch me in the face. It was such a great combination of story, suspense, spice and ..... subterfuge (I dunno, it felt right). I was eating it up from the get-go, and to be fair, that doesn't happen often for me. I freakin' loved Kelly's mix of sass, whimsy and anxiety. Logan's (who may be responsible for my subterfuge assessment) mix of "is this man a con artist?" and "oh, I see what he's about. Yes, please" made for a super interesting dynamic between the two.

The narration: No notes. It elevated the book into the stratosphere for me.

HOLY MOLY. This book was everything plus! So hot and the narrators are amazing.. I don’t know how I’m going to start another book.

Outstanding Top Notch

This recording has catapulted James Cassidy to the top five f my male voice actor list. All the heavy breathing, licks, sucks and kisses built a whole new level of listening for me. The female narrator was new to me but very good as well.

Amazing plot line with a wonderful twist!!!

I came across this book by chance and it sounded so good that I immediately purchased it and started listening. The plot was so good and the mmc was a mix of dark but super sweet actions from start to finish. I was shocked to find that I accurately predicted who the villain was and because of that, I absolutely loved when I came to the plot twist!! I can’t wait for another book in this series and to see how life goes for the characters we all got to know with this first book!!
