Good morning motivation!
What made the experience of listening to 100 Positive Morning Thoughts the most enjoyable?
I really liked the overall theme of this book. I am not a morning person AT ALL so I thought it would be fun to give this book a try. I listened to another book similar to it, and now I'm on a bit of a self-help kick, and this one was great!
What did you like best about this story?
I really enjoyed that the 100 thoughts were easy and applicable. I will be using a bunch of these as we drive to Seattle super early with my friends this weekend. It will not be a fun drive since it's so early, but this has me looking forward to it! Also, this will be great to use with the summer camp staff this year on early morning meetings!
What about Kristy Jo Winkler’s performance did you like?
Winkler had a really good tone to her voice and it made listening easy and effortless. I could listen to her for hours and not get bored!
What insight do you think you’ll apply from 100 Positive Morning Thoughts?
So many of these thoughts were perfect for me. I would write a favorite, but I feel like I would have to list 20 and then people would get so much of the book just from this review! So no spoilers...just know that this book is wonderful!!
Any additional comments?
I really liked this book, and as I said I am now in a hard core self-help book kick! I don't usually do non-fiction, but I have listened to this and one other yesterday and now I am diving into even more today! A great way to fill the mindless cleaning and organizing I am doing at work!

I'm a "morning person" now!
Would you listen to 100 Positive Morning Thoughts again? Why?
I will listen to this book again and again. I've always struggled with getting motivated in the morning and believe me, I've tried everything from B vitamins to drinking vinegar for breakfast. Now, I'm not claiming that I wake naturally at 5am or anything - believe me, I'm still more of a sunset woman rather than a sunrise type - but I do find that listening to a few of Kate Anderson's Morning Thoughts before getting out of bed really helps prepare me for the day. I highly recommend this to anyone who wakes up feeling more exhausted than they were when they went to sleep.

Here Comes the Light!
Would you consider the audio edition of 100 Positive Morning Thoughts to be better than the print version?
Yeah, I usually travel a lot. I love audibles because I just have to put on my earphones when driving and enjoy every part of it. However, am sure the print version would be great for those who spend much free time at home.
Which scene was your favorite?
The book is non-fiction and therefore did not have scenes. But i liked the entire book as the information in each chapter and unique ye equally helpful.
What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?
To always dream and big and believe in the impossibilities. I also liked the idea on that your first thought in the morning determines how the rest of your day will be.
Any additional comments?
I have been able to change my life by practicing the strategies discussed in the book. I loved how the language was easy and did not use jargons or technical terms which tend to annoy me so much. The positive impacts gained have enabled me to control my life effectively, face my fears, avoid worries, keep fighting hard, be happy and embrace all opportunities that cross my path. I have been revisiting some sections each morning after waking up and they have been making my day lovely.
I am so happy to have had the opportunity of coming across this book. I have read a couple of books by Kate and she is surely good at what she does. Her ideas are empowering and I am planning on how to always emulate them in my life and get the best out of me. The potential in this book is inspirational and uplifting, and will make sure I get a copy for my two best friends to boost their positive attitude and make their days better. Deserves 5/5

My favorite book to listen to, time and time again, on the travel to work. Really gets me started in the morning, gets me in the right frame of mind from the start. Lovely and very easy to digest book!

The Master of Your Own Fate
If this doesn't get you going each day, I don't know what will. Kate Anderson has given us a great little audiobook to help give us a boost of confidence or increase our positive energy, each day. It was hard to understand hiw this book would be any different from at least one of her other titles, bu they really are. I enjoyed listening to the tips because Kristy Jo Winkler made it SO EASY and Kate Anderson, as always, doesn't include ridiculous platitudes that only serve to cause me to roll my eyes as I listen. No, this is really good stuff.
I'm glad I found this as an audiobook. It will be perfect to listen to while I'm in the gym some mornings. Each of the tips and its accompanying reasoning is only about 30 seconds to a ninute long, so you won't feel. as if you're wasting your time. Get this one, today, because you WON'T regret it!!!

Find a Place Inside Where There's Joy
If you could sum up 100 Positive Morning Thoughts in three words, what would they be?
It actually remind me of that quote I mention in headline because with this guide and techniques as mention in this book you will burn out of your all pain. Each morning we feel ill if there is stress inside our mind, you have to take out your all stress and have to think positively in the morning first. All of us are actually worth so much more than what we are settling for; as we wake up in the morning and start breath but not that is enough for you. Kate Anderson written many other books before with different volumes and you can find step by step guide that how you find happiness in yourself and just in that way by reading this book you find how to prepare yourself to turn your normal days in successful days.

Wake up feeling positive
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yes I would. I have friends that also struggle with staying positive. I think if you wake up positive you continue to be positive through out the entire day.
What was one of the most memorable moments of 100 Positive Morning Thoughts?
There were a handful of memorable moments. With 100 positive things to concentrate on there are a dozen or so that are easy to do and helpful for me. Memorable sections of the book for me included the section on Perspective and Doing something bold and new. I like trying new things, it's fun and exciting and you look forward to trying it. That does help put you in a better mood and think oh yea today I get to do....
Which scene was your favorite?
I had a few favorite scenes a lot like the memorable moments. I liked the perspective and the doing something bold and new sections. I guess those could be considered scenes.
What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?
Laughter is Medicine! Basically keep smiling and you will feel happier, if you appear happy you will attract happy people to be around you.

Made the starts of my days much brighter!
Would you consider the audio edition of 100 Positive Morning Thoughts to be better than the print version?
I definitely would! Getting up and listening to this while I do household chores is much more convenient than sitting down to read it. The narrator's voice is brilliant which also helps motivate me at the start of a long day. I'd definitely recommend the print version as well, however - It's equally worth buying!
Who was your favorite character and why?
There are no characters in this book, per se, although the narrator does a great job - Her voice is calming and motivational.
Which scene was your favorite?
Personally my favourite section of this book is the memorable moments part - It was really uplifting to listen to and never fails to cheer me up. I also really enjoyed the parts on laughter being the best medicine and learning to trust myself, it's something I'm able to use in my day-to-day life.
I almost forgot to mention the section on dealing with negative thoughts and how to get rid of them - This helped me massively in improving my day-to-day outlook on life.
What insight do you think you’ll apply from 100 Positive Morning Thoughts?
As mentioned, I feel like the parts on learning to trust myself and dealing with negative thoughts really helped improve my daily life. I also feel like the section on dealing with embarrassment was a massive help as this is something I've always struggled with personally. Furthermore I appreciated the motivation of "the only way is up" strategy as well as trying new things and doing things in the moment.

Honestly this is one of the best books I've ever had the joy of listening to. It's made my life so much better and I feel much happier having taken on board the tips from it. I'd recommend it to anyone looking into self improvement. It was incredibly easy to understand but went into enough detail for the proven strategies to be effective.

Excellent book, full of very helpful thoughts, quotes and ideas. Really good book for listening to in the morning (as I did all last week) as it sets you up for a good day ahead. A lovely book and very cheap
