I started this expected the bare minimum. Some mafia violence, daddy kink, etc. But this was so much more than that and yes the spice was spicing but the plot was also plotting. I'm invested and I can't wait to read about Cillian and the fbi that is circling. Audio book pleasantly surpassed my expectations as well. A true duet where the male narrator does the male characters and female narrator does the female characters. All the male characters sounded different and it was highly enjoyable. 10/10

This is how all duet narration should. Spice level 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️, amazing chemistry between the narrators, also loved the story. A really good listen. I wouldn’t mind another book with these 2.

JL does it again! I love the twists of JL going full daddy on us! These men are delectable and I can’t wait to get the rest of them! Also are we getting some side action with the mercenary crew because that is a definite need!

Who doesn’t love a growly mafia boss that falls fast and hard and only has eyes for you! 10/10 love this story and can’t wait to read the next!

I wish that that the main characters had the accents like random side off characters did. I loved the female narrator she was perfect for the FMC!

If daddy kink was a book…this would be it. Dear god I have never seen someone use daddy that much in a book and I was here for it. Vibes weee immaculate. Audiobook is amazing and insanely wild.

This book hits all the points. I love a good Mafia, enemies-to-lovers book. Enzo can call me princess any day. The Spice is nice, like very nice. Shiloh James (Eavan) and William Macleod (Enzo) did really well bringing the characters to life.
