Don't waste a credit. Better resources avsilable

I did not expect much from this book due to the length of it, but there are much better resources available. This book title is completely misleading. Does not help in any way that it claims. This may be a little harsh but I'm not even sure if they truly understand men with ADHD. This is like a readers notes of a real book. How they explain it could be used to explain a bunch of other issues as well. Not a lot of effort went in here. Chapters are basically 5 minutes. Check out other titles. Men with ADHD is way better.

should have read the reviews.

Like others have said, it is very repetitive. It includes basic knowledge of how to treat ADHD, signs and symptoms, and possible reasons for it. If you are a man with ADHD this book will not give you any further insights than you already have.

Great listen!

This was a concise but very informative book that will change your mindset about adult men with ADHD. I have gained knowledge and understanding of different situations men can experience and their symptoms. Also finding different creative outlets to lessen the stress in your life was an important point that I thought was very beneficial for anyone with ADHD. I would highly recommend this book to all men.

Rethinking hyperactivity

I'm so glad to have found a book out there dedicated to supporting men, specifically, navigate the challenges associated with being an adult with ADHD. With a light and fun touch, it reminds us that being different doesn't have to be dramatic and draining. Diagnosed or not, this listen will be helpful if you find yourself struggling with any of the symptoms. Furthermore, the fact that it is such a short audiobook is a clever approach that allows for several listens on different occasions - a particularly pertinent consideration for anyone with ADHD!

A Must Read Eye-Opener

I thoroughly enjoyed this book about men with ADHD. It opened my eyes to the symptoms and treatment options available to those who have it. I feel like it helped me to understand why my family member acts the way he does. I can have more compassion and be more understanding of his situation now that I've listened to the book. It's a short and concise overview of ADHD and one that I can highly recommend to anyone interested in learning more about it, it's causes, symptoms and treatments. Well done!

5 minutes spread out and repeated for 35 minutes

This plays like Groundhogs Day. Repeating the same things for 35 minutes. "ADHD bad, but sometimes good, okay?"

Is it possible to get a refund after I've already listened to the whole thing? (So many 5 star reviews, they've got to be fake. I'll be surprised if this review stays up for more than a few days - 7/16/23)

Repeat it

He repeats himself a lot and brings out dated information to the table. I am so glad this book was free cause i can't even find it in myself to recommend buying this for 4$ Its 30 min but 10 minutes of information and nothing in that information you can't find with a simple google search. someone wrote this sounds like AI and i can see that! AI loves to repeat itself.
