Help for women with ADHD

This book contains a LOT of information about ADHD and how it impacts women. It details what ADHD is, what some of the different kinds are, how it affects their lives, and offers ways to help deal with it. At least it was an audiobook, which made it a lot easier to digest. I may pass it on to someone I know who has ADHD and struggles with it.

Different types of ADHD in women!

This is certainly a great guide for women that are curious to confirm their daily symptoms of what they think they may have or for those that would like to learn more about ADHD overall. EITHER way this book can help you find an easier way towards the solution of it. I definitely didn't know that there are different kinds of ADHD, such as inattentive or high-functioning. In short, the author explains how much ADHD can impact your life if left untreated and that it also can be managed when seeking for help with the right treatment. ADHD should not be overlooked because it can have an emotional and psychological distress in your life.

Very Interesting!

This book explains the struggles that women with ADHD go through daily. It explains how different and unaccepted they feel. It explains the different treatments and how it's not just one treatment for all. This book gives proven ways to overcome the many struggles that are part of life with ADHD. I recommend this book to anyone struggling with ADHD, or providing care to anyone with ADHD.
