Gave me insight

This book gave me insight into ways that I can control my stress to improve my health. I was completely unaware of how important the vagus nerve is to my entire wellbeing.

Great information, impeded by performance

Extremely useful information. The performance makes absorption difficult; mispronunciations and errors abound (including splicing and dubbing issues), while the narrator's voice irritates.

Mispronunciations

Couldn’t make it through the terrible robot voice and mispronunciations. Also, too repetitive and way too much info. We don’t need to know the detailed anatomy of every nerve. Just need the highlights and how it pertains to the topic.

Excellent value, useful for self-healing!

I highly recommend purchasing this book as it is packed with valuable information.
Lately I have been suffering from various disorders such as anxiety and depression, and I found the information in this audiobook wonderful and useful, especially in the fifth chapter of vagus nerve section where he talks about Alternative Treatments For Depression.
The section on overthinking is a great source of information, with tips and techniques for reducing stress and much more.
This book is great for someone who has no knowledge of these topics. The book is assisting me in gaining knowledge and overcoming my problems. Furthermore, I have acquired a paper copy to give to a friend who has the same disorders as me.
I am grateful to the author.

Unbearable to listen to. Get the paper copy!

A robot is narrating this book. "He" can't even pronounce "vagus" properly, much less any
medical terms, even common ones! So disappointing, as I really need the information. The high reviews are fake, as evidenced by syntax. Ugh.

Mispronounced a lot of words

This was very boring and a lot of the words were mispronounced. The topic was interesting, but I couldn’t stay with it.
