Interesting Concepts
The narrator’s voice was pleasant and the concepts were well explained. The vocabulary was rich and purposeful. The author provided good real-life examples to demonstrate how to use the concepts, which I consider helpful. Due to the title, I was expecting more examples of words to use or omit. Perhaps, I made an incorrect assumption regarding what to expect out of this audiobook. With that said, I found the material taught valuable and a good use of my commuting time.

Helpful, entertaining and Interesting
This book is one of The Great Courses - and it IS great.
Yes, I LOVED IT.
The author read the book with such a clear and pleasant voice I almost devoured it in one sitting.
I will listen again and again because it is filled with good advice and I didn't take notes.

Fantastic communication guideline
This course was really informative and helpful. Would highly recommend it to increase your knowledge on how to communicate.
