Great book for anyone looking to build strength!

If you are like me and have felt very intimidated by beginning a proper strength and exercise routine, then this book is for you. It helps dispel misinformation and gets you on the right track on the best training plan for you. It covers proper technique, specific exercises to target problem areas and even gets into mindful nutrition planning for good over all health. Great book for beinngers!

amazing!

loved all the information, this was exactly what I was looking for. As a beginner I wanted to learn how to target exactly what I wanted to work on, how to create a routine using the proper form and how to care for my muscles once built. This has everything you need from start to finish, great exercises and easy to understand information. Thank you!

Tons of great info!

I have worked out for years but I needed a bit of refocusing. This audiobook was perfect!

It brought me back to the fundamentals of working out and making sure I was eating what I was supposed to. This is a perfect audiobook for those that are new to the workout scene or for somebody looking to get back into it!

Excellent advice and info!

This audiobook far exceeded my expectations! I am new to strength training and was just looking for some helpful hints, but this book gave me a ton of great information. Most helpful to me were the parts about the proper care and feeding of muscles and how to avoid injuries (which I was pretty worried about). If you are just getting started in strength training like me, I highly recommend this audiobook!

Great book for those starting to strength train

This book will help you not only start on a program but also how to perform the exercises. Muscle is not only attractive, but it's also a key factor in maintaining a healthy weight and preventing chronic health conditions. So how do you go about adding muscle mass? Solid insights

Purchased this for my dad for a gift since he'd always complained about not being able to keep fat off when he would weight lift to build muscle. He really loves the insights included, and I guess is applying the advice found to his workouts now.
