Reality Check- Awesome

Love that I can customize to suit my needs!

This isn't your average ho hum workout book and I love that I can take the information presented here and customize my body weight workouts for my body. My partner is doing this with me and he totally has different nutrition and workout needs than me, so he set up his custom plan too. With the information in this audio we feel like we are set up for success! I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to get in shape without having to buy expensive equipment or join a gym.

Just fantastic!!

I love this audiobook and highly recommend it! the chapters were well thoughts ! and the techniques showed will simply take you to your end results with less efforts. I love that no need to spend money at the gym. With a little space, you will get there. The audio has so many important contents! not only training, but also nutrition, and mindset! Chapter 3 on Designing Your Customized Bodyweight Program is quite impressive. I was wrong about setting goals. And I think many lose on that too. That is why the author said 95% of people fail to reach their goal. Yes, a goal is not losing fat or strengthening muscles, rather training 3 or 5 times per week for example. This is too spot on!!!

An Excellent Listen

The book itself, filled with information, a-lot to take in on the first listen, so I’ll definitely come back and listen again to refresh the brain. The exercises are very descriptive, the book also comes with a pdf version you can read and comes with pictures of the exercises so you can visually see the exercises.

Great audiobook

I saw that guys doing calisthenics look freaking jacked and I was always thinking how it is possible to train all your muscles without weights... I loved that this book provides doable guide how to get in shape without expensive equipment or gym. You can do all these exercises at home!

Great book

I have been doing weights at the gym for many years but when I go away I like to be able to keep this up with bodyweight exercises. This book has given me some great tips and tricks. I really liked the meal plans that come with the book too. Looking forward to putting this into action!
