A 30-day guide to muscle building

It is a fabulous audiobook if you are looking to increase muscle mass and live a healthy life. My wife bought this book for me because I wanted to build my muscles. I had no idea where to start. Hire a personal trainer or go straight to the gym? I feel this is a complete guide for me. I can't wait to see the progress over the next 30 days.Hats off to the author for providing me with such clarity and a detailed guide. I highly recommend this book.

Transform Your Body in Just 30 Days

As someone who has always struggled to find the right training program, I can confidently say that the advice in this book is the real deal. Increase Muscle Mass

This is a great program if you are looking for increased muscle mass and want to live a healthier life. I particularly liked the healthy recipes they recommended whilst training. This well-produced audiobook is like having your own personal trainer. It's easy to understand, and easy to implement. Great book, 5 Stars..

More than just weighs and reps

Like most over the last few years I've definitely gained a little weight. I used to work out with a friend who had all the knowledge but since moving to a different city I'm working out solo and needed guidance. This book is that guidance. I liked that not only does it have the exercises but also stretches, active recovery days and nutrition plans also. Great stuff.

Easy to follow training guide!

I really believe in programs that are 30 days long. I appreciated that there are recipes to help with the training portion of this book. I found the program well organized in that it gives us the schedule for the full 30 days right at the beginning so we know ahead of time what we will be doing. I found the exercises well explained both on the steps on how to do them and the benefits of doing them.

Build Senior Muscle Live Longer


When the pandemic hit, my wife had me build a weight and exercise room in our home so that we no longer made trips to the gym, which has paid for itself for the past three years. My wife has been active in an exercise and health routine for years. One of the first things she did was to change my eating habits to eat more frequently during the day. This was one of the things that were confirmed in this book. As a senior, I have seen many over 65 fall down and break a hip. Most of the falls could have been avoided by having an exercise program. A guide to increasing your muscle growth.

People who have a passion for body building just go to the gym and start lifting heavy weights more than their capacity. Having a body-building passion does not require only confidence but a proper guide and set up.

The writer gives details on a very good topic for beginners about how to start working on your muscles without any problems or injury. It also contains a diet plan which a body builder needs to follow. I think this guide is just like a trainer.

I have shared this book with my brother and he loved the results following the writer's tricks thats why I highly recommend this book to all beginners.

Great muscle building book

This is a great book for muscle building. This book is very detailed and includes what exercises you should do each day. I like that the book includes many recipes for healthy meals you can eat to help you achieve your goals. I would definitely recommend this book.

Great Information

In this audiobook, you'll get everything you need to transform yourself to become more muscular with five daily workouts, and proper nutrition. I recommend getting the Kindle or Paperback version of this book as well because it would be beneficial to have the recipes handy. If you're looking to become firmer and more muscular in 30 days, this book will accomplish just that!
