A fun read

This romance is full of interesting and colorful characters. I had a good time with the intrigue.

Sexy, funny and wonderful banter. Accents were amazing and loved the wit and and sarcasm . Must listen again

Set in Venice with loads of local color. Two equally matched lead characters with a little danger.

Wonderful and witty!

I haven’t had this much fun in....a few good Audibles and Kindles and paperbacks and....well you get my meaning! Love the story full of romance and adventure! I like the narrator BUT

Her snarky tone gets a little tiresome. Story is terrific. Venetian setting is great, side characters are tons of fund and it is nice to have more mature yet lively characters instead of the young girls out of the schoolroom or the spinster on the shelf who finally gets her due. Great fun and I recommend.

How To Turn. Slightly Outré Couple Into Prince Charming and Cinderella

It’s not fair of me but I have high expectations of Loretta Chase, So far she hasn’t disappointed. This story is no exception. It started a little slow but soon was rocking along. There are wonderful support characters and a truly delicious evil villain(ness). All and all, a “Sad Romp”.

I enjoyed this book very much. Loretta Chase writes intelligent, well written stories. Her characters are intricately developed. Wonderful book!

LOVED LOVED LOVED! Do not miss this one!

Francesca and James are PERFECT TOGETHER!!!! Loretta Chase has a knack for creating great characters with even better chemistry! The back and forth banter between these two is AMAZING! The story is interesting, but honestly - the dialogue between Francesca and James is just what makes the book. On top of great main characters - there are a bevy of supporting characters that are an absolute riot at times and just as well written. Loretta Chase is definitely in my top 5 writers and this is in the top 5 of the books she's written.
That being said - I KNOW that the characters of this book could not come alive as they do without Kate Reading! She is the MASTER of making characters interactions and banter come to life! She is the best all around narrator I have listened to..from romance, to Epic Fantasy she makes it all come alive!

WORTH 2 CREDITS in my opinion! Do not miss this one!

I love the characters in this book. Francesca is such a wonderful change from the innocent misses of so many books. She's a woman of the world and doesn't care who knows. She's making her way on her on terms.
