Great story wasted by a newscaster narrator

I felt like I was listening to BBC News, not a BBC miniseries. Why the heck this narrator was chosen is beyond me—what a waste of a cool premise! I had to tough this one out so hard

A Bit of Everything

I’m so happy to have found this one. It has everything. A great story. The characters are witty. The hero and heroine had both been through so much in their lives. They deserved their happy ending. The love scenes were so steamy yet tasteful. There was also interesting adventure involved. The author developed a superb story and I absolutely loved the narrator’s sultry voice. She pulled off the male and female characters’ voices well. This didn’t cost a credit. It’s included with membership. I’m grateful and have listened several times. You will enjoy it!

5 Star Romance, Interesting and Passionate

I recently went on a romance novel kick that lasted about a year and a half while I was working on a project that gave me busy hands and a free mind. After a while they all start sounding the same, but this one stood out. I very much enjoyed it! At first I thought it would just be the "escaped from a harem" trope that was really common about a million years ago when I first dipped into the genre, but it was not. Both main characters are flawed but strong, and their romance bloomed in a believable way. If you tend to judge characters for their mistakes harshly, this probably isnt the book for you. I usually archive them once read but I think I'll keep this one to listen to again sometime. I have diverse interests and many choices, so this is the top compliment I can give. Definitely worth the read.
