The ease of implementation

I loved the overall review of our eating history and habits that we as a society have developed unknowingly and mindlessly. Listening to this book is an eye opener to anyone who wants to stay healthy for life

Mixed Feelings

This was an eye opener for me. For the first time I heard experiences of people I could relate to and could recognize the manipulation and addiction I am experiencing. But I was disappointed that the website he refers to seems to no longer exist. It redirects to another website of his which seems more focused on selling his product, which seems in contradiction to everything he promotes in the book. The resources for connection and online quizzes are not there.

I really enjoyed listening to this book, the information was point on and I was able and wanted to hear it all.

lots of information poorly put together

poorly put together for an audiobook there is lots of information here but you have to skip around a lot of repetition honestly wouldn't recommend it there's better books out there

Don’t bother.

This book just keeps going on and on and on about how bad soft drinks and what we, as a society, should do to knock them down a couple noches. Listened to 5 hrs already and was informed of nothing that I didn’t already know. I should not have wasted a credit on this POS. I had to leave a review because it was weighing on my conscience.

Very Disappointed

Throughout the whole book at least as far as I went (over halfway through) there are constant referrals to online connections with resources and support videos. Every time I went to them when directed they can't be found. Even videos that were suggested as a part of the plan were no longer available. While I loved the content of the book I became very frustrated that the resources weren't available as promised in the book. I became frustrated and disappointed and quit reading. My recommendation don't waste of your time with this book and if you like Dr. Hyman's approach then check out his most recent book.
