Cool bundle!

What a cool bundle to start with! My love for going to the gym every week was slowed down and I can feel the negative effects of it. Good thing I stumbled upon this weight training bundle. I picked up a couple of good insights from a pro himself.

Healthy diet advice

My eating habits are my biggest problem area so I was more interested in the second audiobook in this bundle. It’s just basic advice on what to eat and what to avoid and no set diet plan which I liked because I can’t stick to diets.

NOT about bodybuilding.

The thing I love most about these books is that there not about bodybuilding ( I DON’T want to look like a huge bodybuilder) You will gain muscle and burn fat and look athletic...
