This book teaches you how to naturally build muscle and mass. Everything you need to know is covered in this book. If you are a total beginner this is the book for you. It was easy to understand and the steps are simple to take. I like how the booked flowed from one point to the other.

Well written and narrated

A concise extremely well written and narrated book. I have been an avid weight trainer for 40 years and I think this is among the most helpful of audio books.

The way K.J. Lucas break’s topics down is very effective. I highly recommend this book for people seeking maximum fat loss through training and diet.

This book is to the point

This book is to the point, easy to listen, and easy to follow. It explains how muscles not only improve our looks, but also our health. The author shows us how to build our bodies with exercise and diet. A good manual to refer to on our journey to becoming physically fit.

Enjoyed this audio book

I really enjoyed this audio book as it assisted in helping me plan my new workouts. I have a couple work out books but this one is my favorite. Definitely worth it in my opinion.

What an interesting listen

What an interesting listen. I have always just "worked out"- running or some machines here and there, as I am getting older I realize I need to adapt my workouts or risk serious injury. This book lays out how to optimize results and decrease risk. I am excited to put some of the practices in this book to use.

A helpful audio book

This is a great book written in a clear no-nonsense manner. I can't say I have learned things I didn't know but sometimes someone just says it the right way that it actually sinks in! LOL Lets face it, being leaner and stronger is a life commitment and you can't "out work" poor nutrition choices. Thank you K.J. Lucas for such a helpful audio book.

Incredible!!!! I have bought many other books but none of them seemed to stay with me. Jack's approach to fitness and goal achieving is revolutionary. He helps you understand how to set yourself up for success by planning and practicing habits. An incredible audio book with simple to follow information and tips.

Exceptional Work

This is a detailed book on how weight control can assist a person in weight loss. I found the book extremely helpful and educative. for most readers, this book should be the stepping stone to taking charge of their health. Lucas provides information that showcases the strengths and weaknesses of programs, the challenges a person could encounter and how to power through them. in short, this book seeks to empower the mind and does so exceptionally.
