Publisher's Summary

Two roommates. One calculus exam. A whole lot of extracurricular activity.

Nate:

Living with four other guys, it's bound to happen. Every guy's been caught taking care of business at least once, right? It shouldn't be a big deal.

But I don't know Eric as well as my other roommates, and things are a little awkward now. He's a loner. A mystery. Quietly confident. Smart. Sexy as hell.

I've been happily subsisting on the typical frat guy diet of booze and sorority girls. But the way Eric looked at me that night? There was something there. Something that's got me curious. Something that's stirring up feelings I thought I'd left behind for good.

Something that's making me think I'm not as straight as I thought I was.

I can't get him off of my mind. I don't think I want to.

So when he offers to help me study for a midterm, I take him up on it.

It's innocent. Probably. Maybe.

There's no way I could've known what it'd start....

This is a steamy stand-alone new adult/college MM romance with HEA that unfolds across six "episodes" following Nate and Eric. Now bundled up in one collection with a bonus episode for a seamless listening experience. 87,000 words.

Still good

The title of this novel should be a dead giveaway as to its contents if the overabundance of sex in it weren't enough of an indication of what the story is about. A bisexual young college student discovers he's into one guy in particular, while his lover admits to a similar affliction. Nate's and Eric's off-the-charts attraction to each other fuels a growing physical relationship that eventually morphs into something deeper and more meaningful. Eric is bold from the beginning, while Nate grows from tentative to decisive. Told entirely from Nate's perspective, the story is full of emotion as we get to watch him blossom under Eric's patiently expert ministrations, exploring and defining his sexuality with someone who is willing to help him go outside his comfort zone.

The performance certainly helped me "hear" these two young men better, which also helped with my appreciation of the new adult vibe. Kudos to the actor for making this a good experience for me, as I'm not normally a fan of NA stories.

🔥🔥🔥SCORCHING HOT🔥🔥🔥

Glorious, debauched, scintillating and addictive!! This compilation of short stories chronicling the sexual exploits and relationship of Nate and Erik left me drooling and panting for more!!!! Several times I had to take a breather or two 😉! Each story has its own brand of sexploration, and each scene felt steamier than the one before it!!! ❤️❤️❤️

There was a bit of D/s in here along with FILTHY TALK, voyeurism, public sex, barebacking, creative lubing, docking (😱👏❤️), and love!

Kirt Graves’ narration was PERFECTION 👏👏👏! This audiobook completely did me in. Totally.

I just loved the boys (college age) and Neve Wilder’s writing!

My rec: yes, Yes, YESSSSSSSS!!!!

Still loving this story the second time around

It was just a few months ago that I first read Neve Wilder's Want Me, which was originally released as a multi-part serial entitled Extracurricular Activities and was then published as one condensed edition this past May. I absolutely fell in love with Nate and Eric's story, which easily one of my top three favorite roommate trope romances ever. So when I heard there was an audiobook for it AND that it was being narrated by Kirt Graves, who happens to be one of my favorite voice-overs, there was simply no way I was going to miss out on the opportunity to listen to a story I already loved and see how it would translate on audio.

There's a lot more to Nate and Eric's story than it being a chronicle of their hook-ups, just like there's a lot more to these two guys. I may have been smitten with them while reading their story, but listening to the audiobook this time around had me falling for them even harder. Their journey from being roommates to hook-up partners to far more than either one anticipated had me fascinated from the get-go. Neve Wilder's writing continues to impress, and there's close to nothing about it in this particular story that I can find to quibble about. I hope we get more from the Extracurricular Activities world in the future. Fingers crossed!

As far as the narration was concerned, it was the one thing that I was most curious about because I already knew how the story was going to go. With Kirt Graves being a personal favorite of mine, the excitement factor was amped up even more. I loved Nate's "voice", which was how I imagined this college frat guy would sound. It was Eric's "voice", however, that gave me pause. He sounded more like a scholarly professor than a university student, and that's how it was throughout the audiobook. That being said, I still hold the greatest admiration for Graves as a narrator, and I did feel that his performance overall here was actually quite good. ♥

Love thisssssss

I read the book first and was immediately smitten by Neve's writing and the story! It was so real and raw and honestly feels like something I'm going through lol. I like that Eric was mysterious and slowly came out of his shell for Nate. They both went through learning experiences and ugh goodness just listen to this! Haha Nate and Eric are two of my faves :) But OMG listening to this was amazing, the voices are spot on and the story comes to life even more. I cannot wait to read/listen to the rest of Neve's work!!

I have a new favorite Audiobook!!!!!!!

Holy Mother of all that’s heavenly! Talk about a hot hot HOT audiobook! I just can’t recommend this enough. Kirt made a pretty damn good job with Nate’s voice - the book is on his POV - and we can see all his worries, indecisions, playfulness… Just pretty much all Neve wrote Kirt narrated with perfection.
I have to be honest, I was a little worried about this because this is one of the best books of the year to me - my review is right below - and audiobooks are usually a hit or miss for me: If the narrator does not fir with the character, pretty much ruins everything to me. I’m glad this did not happened here, and Kirt Graves is now one of my favorite narrators ever!!!
This is one of those audiobooks you have to make sure to have earbuds on because let me tell you - it is intense, sexy, and you’ll probably need a break or 2 to breathe…

(Here’s my original review of the book)

I’m a huge fan of Neve’s books, I’ve read everything she published so far – Dedicated and Center of Gravity are on top of my reread shelf. So is no surprise that Want Me would definitely join the others, because this is freaking awesome! She outdid herself with this story!!! Seriously, stop everything you’re Reading and grab this. And prepare yourself for a series of hot, steamy sexy encouters between Nate and Eric, roomates that after an awkward encounter begin some experiments that starts as "let's just get off" and become one of the best stories written so far. Nate is one of those characters you insta love: the cute frat boy who wants to have a good time, even when he has no clue of what the hell he is doing. And Eric is that enigma, the guy full of secrets - and himself -, the one that takes the shots and leads the way. So in the end, they explode together and Yeah, it is that intense. Did I mention HOT? Because holy hell at some point I thought my Kindle was going to melt in my hands... They really are explosive together! They have the love-and-hate kind of relationship, just two young boys learning about life, love and everything in between.
I’ve read the chapters as Neve released them in her newsletter, but nothing better than this bundle with them all together with and amazing last chapter, just the way the boys deserve.
My advice: have a bucket of ice handy while Reading this book. Trust me. You’ll need it! Perhaps a cold shower after will be the case too... just saying! 5**** starts from the very first line until the end. Shower scenes will never be the same after this. And many other scenes....
Now, do we get ExtraCurricula Activities Part II?

HOT HOT HOT

Nate and Eric are roommates and friends and initially are just friends. When Nate figures out he is in need of some help in calculus and Eric offers to help, giving these two some alone time together. Nate is sexually confused and Eric, while much more confident, openly sexual person. Nate, while not afraid of what people will think of their relationship, is concerned about being open with their relationship. Throughout the story, you get to see how not only the characters mature as individuals but also as a couple. The sexual relationship from the get go is HOT from the start! The author is not afraid to give the readers steamy scenes and they are plenty of them in this book!
Kirt Graves did an AMAZING job with the narration! Both Nate and Eric are distinct and easy to distinguish, while being easy to listen to. The intimate scenes are HOT!!! And absolutely amazing well done!
Absolutely great read!

Hot hot hot

I had heard this was a hot book and that was incredibly accurate. Sexy, hot…and endearing.

Nate lives in a house with Eric and three other guys, one of whom is his frat brother. He’s never looked at a guy before, but when Eric walks in on him masturbating, things get interesting. Eric is bi, although he’s chosen not to advertise that fact in the testosterone-filled house. One night Eric is helping Nate with his calculus and things get…interesting. Well, more than interesting, but I don’t want to spoil the surprise.

Thus unfolds six ‘episodes’, each hotter than the previous. Nate might not believe he’s an exhibitionist, but he sure succumbs to Eric’s ministrations in some pretty interesting places. In some pretty creative ways. Grab a fan because, have I said this, it’s a HAWT book.

In one particularly interesting episode (location as well as physical acts), Nate has the following thought:

After some rummaging around, I glimpsed a flash of silver near Eric’s mouth and then a cold drizzle down my crack. Trust Eric to always be prepared for some down and dirty debauchery. The Boy Scout of fucking on the fly.

I laughed. There were a few laughs in this book and humor was definitely part of it. There was also an endearing quality to the book. It falls under New Adult as these are two juniors in college who are making their way in the world, trying to figure out who they are and what they want. I was so glad they found each other for the journey. A journey told entirely through Nate’s point of view which makes Eric that more mysterious.

There is a bonus Episode 7 and I’m so grateful because I really like my happy endings.

Kirt Graves narrated the book and I was glad. I loved his performance narrating Rosalind Abel’s Lavender Shores series and I think he did a comparable job with this book. In other words, I loved what he did and I loved the book so I highly recommend it.

Hot! Hotter! Scorching hot!

This book is so steamy that I literally felt like I needed a cigarette after listening to it!
Kirt Graves narration is perfect, enhancing both the steamy and the more vulnerable parts where Nate and Eric start to have their feeling involved. I especially loved his Eric voice with the English accents!
The episode structure (rather than chapters) is pretty good too, it seems like having glimpses in the lives of the two guys!

Oh my.......

I’ve found a new author that can fill my need for steamy mm romance 🤩
This was excellent!
No unnecessary descriptions of surroundings
Good dialogues
Well described characters that had some personal growth through the story and that made them in to realistic personalities that I enjoyed getting to know.
Steamy chemistry between the main characters and in addition the secondary characters had me curious so I think there’s going to be more books from Neve Wilder in my TBR list.

Narrator:
In the beginning I was a little sceptical but the voice grew on me. Clear pronunciation and read with feelings so I must admit I enjoyed it very much.

Too much sex, not enough story

About 15% there was only sex, and this is 2 whole chapters. The dialogues in between the sex scenes didn't kept me going I skimmed most part of it because there was so much sex, it dragged the story down. And the misunderstandings are not my thing. If the MC's had a little talk for twenty seconds, everything could be resolved much faster. Kirt Graves did an awesome jobs, like always.

Hot n sexy

If you want hot eroticism with a decent story and a sexy hot guy’s voice to narrate, this is it. A perfectly blended recipe of sexy detail and storyline huskily whispered through my headphones. Excellent.

Room mates to lovers

I'm a fan of Neve Wilder's sexy stories, but I'm not quite sure if Kirt Graves was the right choice for the narrator though he does an acceptable job of making the story flow.
I was quite amused by the guys antics in their house at college shared with several other guys. This is an interesting story as Eric tutors Nate in Calculus. I found Calculus very challenging when I was at college, so I can relate to Nate.
Recommended to lovers of contemporary MM romance.

Holy Hotness Batman 🥵🥵🥵

This book was a brilliantly fun and HOT, seriously HOT HOT, listen. The story is told from Nate’s point of view, we saw the relationship with Eric grow from just hook ups to to definitely deeper feelings. The sex is scorching and plentiful and there’s not too much drama.

It’s fab that these six episodes have been bundled together, makes for a good length listen. Kirt Graves is really good, he turned this from a good read into a brilliant listen.

Surprisingly SO GOOD

oh I wasn't so sure about this one and even a couple chapters in I was still a little sceptical but omg it was really good. It was hot and steamy right from the start but the love/relationship aspect was a slower burn and so well done and some of the things they get up to WOW super steamy. REALLY good and Kirt Graves was FANTASTIC gah!!

Hot, hot, hot!

4.5 Stars!

Okay, so here's the thing, I'm one of those weird creatures that prefer plot to sex in books. I mean, if there's sex, that's fine, I just like for it to be more than just that, you know? This book has tons of steamy sex, so much so that I was all hot and bothered at one point because even if it's not my favorite, I have to admit that Neve Wilder wrote some of the most intensely passionate scenes I've read. *fans self* However, it got to be too much at some point and I ended up skimming through some of the scenes.

I loved Nate, he was just so real. I loved how he blurted out his truth when he felt he had to and was so unapologetically himself. It just made him more relatable. However, it took me a while to warm up to Eric. The problem with the whole story being in Nate's POV is that I felt I didn't really get to know Eric as much as I did Nate and that made it difficult to connect with him, especially at first with how much he pushed Nate. The chemistry between Eric and Nate was just wow, though. They were unbelievable together and despite how it all started I truly believe they can make it in the long run.

I really liked that there was not much drama when Nate came out to his frat brothers or his family, not that I think it would've made much of a difference because Nate was at a point where he was just ready to be with Eric and refused to be cowered back into the closet.

The book was fun and entertaining and if you enjoy college stories with a high ratio of sex in them, by all means, this is definitely the book for you.

While I stand by my review of the book which I pasted above, I will add that Kirt Graves did a fantastic job with the story. His voice for Eric, with the slight accent, had me swooning more than once and damn if the temp in my room didn't go up a few notches when he was narrating the ultra-sexy scenes between Nate and Eric. *fans self*

Scotching hot with heart too

I am so glad Neve combined all these books into one audiobook! There is more heat here than in the Arizona desert in July. Along with all the scorching hot sex, Nate discovers his true sexuality, finds the courage to open up to the chance at love, and then overcomes his fear of letting others know. Eric is a bit annoying at first. You feel like he's hiding something, deeper feelings for Nate, but he just won't come out and say it. I absolutely thrilled to all the high energy sex scenes, but I loved even more the way Nate and Eric grew throughout the episodes and opened up to each other and the possibility of more than just hook-ups.

The narration is fantastic! Mr. Graves really channeled all the erotic emotion, sexual tension, and frustration (for Nate) of the characters.

I received a complimentary copy of this Audiobook and have voluntarily left this honest review.

Kirt Graves does a great job with this one

Listening to Want Me is Luke listening to a serial, all in one book. The story develops well with each chapter having it's own story arc, including sexy times. Lovely HEA and a nice, light book. Kirt Graves does a great job as always. His voices are so full of emotion, it's like your in the room. I really enjoyed it.

A journey to self discovery

A young adult romance where two college roomies discover their sexuality. Nate has been straight but Eric will change that with his savvy behavior. He is sexy and experienced, which Nate will learn much from. I liked that it wasn’t rushed and Eric let Nate find himself first while enjoying themselves. The sexy scenes are super hot and the narrator just adds to it with his deep voice.
