Cute, sweet and sexy. Several LoL moments. The characters are well developed but internal thoughts sometimes sound too feminine. Narration wasn't my favorite.

Spectacular, for sure!

Seems from comments on anything John Solo narrates that people either live or hate him - but after several books I’ve come to appreciate his quieter read, and love how he brings lovely Noah and Haze to life here. Casey Cox has again created a wonderful world here at the Vet Shop Boys, and I can’t wait to keep going and hear the rest of the stories of the guys attached to this wonderful place.

Sweet story

A sweet story about taking a chance and taking time to figure out yourself, even if it’s completely different than what you thought it “should be”, with plenty of golden retriever cuteness thrown in.

This book was so cute! No excessive drama, no third act break up, just some good old fashioned communication!

Best M/M modern romance. Funny, quirky, great story build and character depth. Loved it!

The occupation chosen.

It was refreshing that this profession drew gay men to it. But as a bi-romantic I enjoyed the story nonetheless. While predictable, the simmering tension between the two men drew me into the story and kept me rooting for the main characters.

A fun, simple, and enjoyable story

This was simply enjoyable. It's fluffy and low angst, which I was in the mood for. The premise is entertaining. Noah decides to go for it and have his first one night stand. He finds Haze and there's undeniable chemistry between them. They immediately fail the "one night stand rules," but then don't see each other for months. Then as an unexpected surprise from everyone, Haze is the new receptionist at the vet clinic Noah works at. Well, obviously, Noah and Haze can't stay professional. Overall, this story is cute and fun, and I love this little found family they have going on at the vet clinic. I also really felt for Haze and his struggle to figure out what he wants to do with his life, because SAME. It was a little cringey, and not in a fun way, during their first encounter when Haze repeatedly referred to his "spectacular c**k." But I'm glad I powered through because this story is fun. Now, I just really want Gus to get his HEA.

Wonderful Love Story!

The audiobook and love story is absolutely wonderful! With a really wonderful ending, variation was excellent the way the story was called and the voice of the different characters! Congratulations to the Lord in the narrator for making the story come alive
