Ever since we met two years ago, Eden Burkehammer has made everything better.

Comfort listen !

It’s been a while since I’ve really enjoyed a sports romance. I love that this was very low angst. The whole book left me with the warm and fuzzies. Love seeing their relationship grow and be accepted by everyone that matters. It’s your looking for a light hearted friends to lovers mm. This is the book for you. So glad I picked this book up, my only wish is that it was a series so the love can continue.

Loved it!

Loved the pacing of the book. It starts hot, and keeps right on going, which I liked. Despite the couple needing to figure things out, I liked that things weren’t dragged on for the entirely of the book as far as will they/won’t they. (It did go on for a bit, but it fit with the characters and where they were at in life.)

A Friends to Lovers you don’t want to miss…

I am not normally a ‘friends to lovers’ fan - it takes a certain couple and a certain story to bring me around. This is a story that did that. It was already a comfort read for me in my Kindle (and in paperback) - so I was thrilled to find it had made its way to audio. I will say the only reason this is not five stars across the board it’s there was an issue with me with Burk’s accent - it took me awhile to adjust. But I love Tim and Liam working together on this - they brought these two hockey idiots in love to life in a way that is just wonderful. I can’t wait to listen to it again!

Surprisingly exceptional and sweet. Explicit sex.

This is a love story. Personal growth and joy. Hockey. Friendship. I liked it. Note that it includes multiple descriptive passages of sex but it is not gratuitous.

Sweet story

A great friends to lovers story. The characters are well developed and we can't get enough of them. Would have liked a book 2 stretching out the epilogue but it's a great listen.
