Great Step-by-Step Book for an Airbnb novice!

I purchased this audiobook as I'm helping a friend get their extra property set up as a rental. I was blown away with the authors knowledge of rentals,, and how to have a great experience with Airbnb. My friend and I thought we had it all figured out, and then I listened to this book and the "5 P's" brought me back down to earth as I realized we were barely scratching the surface of what we thought we knew. Thanks Jensen Jones for a great audiobook. The narration was very good as well, and kept me engaged throughout!

Worthwhile listening

I have been thinking about having an Airbnb myself. This book answered a lot of my questions. It explains how the name and company came into existence. It discusses different ways you can have an Airbnb and whether you want to hire a management company or do everything yourself. It not only discusses what you need to do to open a bib but also how to expand your company if you wish. It was very informative and I highly recommend it to anyone considering an Airbnb.
