There is so much good information in this book about what you should do and why. The science behind everything was very convincing to me. It’s nice to know what to do and why.

Read this if your tired of feeling sick and tired!

This book is packed with all you need to know to get healthy and stay healthy after the age of 40 and beyond. I am looking forward to feeling great in my 70's and 80's, and following the strategies in this book will help me get there. Highly recommend!

For everyone 40 years and beyond

Fitness is NOT the same once you hit your 40s! I only learned this when I hit this milestone myself. I can tell that I'm not nearly as flexible as I was in my 30s and before. This book confirmed that I wasn't just imagining things. Beyond that, this book helped me find new ways to increase and regain my flexibility through stretching and yoga. When I see older folks having trouble getting around, it is a clear reminder that I need to start taking better care of myself and this book was just the motivation I needed!

Keep fit post 40!

As I’m getting older I still want to feel good about my health! But it struck m I might need to do things differently than I had before. I was really pleased to find this audiobook, great information about mindset as well as what you need to physically do!
Overall a great audiobook, very well narrated and easy to listen to, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to keep fit post 40!

If you follow this book you will become strong

Extremely practical and useful and sustainable. It's like Ranger PT training adapted for us old guys. Full body workout for strength, agility, flexibility, endurance, and stamina. I'm 51 and morbidly obese and this can work for me.

Awesome Information!

I am a 34-year-old mom of 10-year-old twins and a toddler....with one on the way! (My wife is pregnant and due soon) I am ALWAYS looking for anything that will help me prepare for getting older. I, myself and not really worried about age - it's just a number. What I am worried about is staying healthy and motivated as I go into my late 30s and beyond. Nick created an awesome resource that I already shared with my older sister who is 12 years older than me. I am so happy to have this book! Foundations can't ever be built too soon!

A good place to start getting back into things

I just hit 40 this year and although I am still active I am definitely not feeling athletic anymore. I got this book to use as motivation and to just get my head back into the working out mindset. Chapter 1 is about understanding the changes to your body and chapter 2 is about the mindset you need to successfully workout. Truly I just want stamina and flexibility and this audiobook provided me with some very useful information.

Don't wait til 40 to listen to this book!

Maintaining and improving your fitness shouldn't be something you wait to do when you start feeling your age. This book provides a good tool on how to get started on your fitness journey and really take care of your health. What sets this book apart is that most fitness book often focuses on just building strength and controlling nutrition; however, this book covers various other aspects of exercise foundation, such as agility, mobility, stability, flexibility, endurance, nutrition, etc. The book is well written, easy to follow, and full to great advice.

Read this book before you start your workout!

I really enjoyed this book. As we get back to work out on a regular basis as this pandemic is coming to an end, this book is a great starting point before you start. I love how this book goes through in detail how your body works at different age so you can work smarter to achieve your desired outcomes. Now I know what to incorporate into my routine to kickstart my workout. There are so many helpful tips in this book to help you work smarter and more effectively also. I especially enjoy the chapter on how to stretch!
