I liked the story

Started off a little slow but I’m glad I idk with it. KL Slater is a great writer. Also the narrator was amazing!!!

Unexpected

I started this book not expecting the outcome. It definitely surpassed my expectations & I wasn’t disappointed. It was a bit slow to start but picked up and kept me listening.

Twisty Tale

This is a believable who done it, masterfully read that kept me “turning the pages” until the final conclusion.

Not Much Foul Language

I appreciate reads that don’t contain cursing or sexual content, and this one passed my tests. The ending seemed a bit romantic or contrived. They emotions of the widow where well described and took me back to my own experience. I will look for more from this author.
