I loved the story lines , the variety the humor, and the intrigue.. The narrator was awesome.

Steven is such a good wtiter, I've read this series before, but since I'm partial blind from a stroke last yearr, have to listen to them, thank youAudiblee. I've read all his series, strarted with Patricia went to Alfred and REX, which I is my favorite, then Blue Moon, etc, not so much the more occult ones ( that he can write so. well in different genres and at the same flabergastes me ). He's by far my favorite. author. Wit that makes you chuckle out loud, action that hold s your attention, A bit of romance but nothing risque. Good clean fun and entertainment.

I loved the entire collection. almost as much as I loved Albert smith. I can't wait for the next bunch after she gets in house with her friends.

I love the characters.

It is a fun-loving collection of stories with amazing characters. The narration is great. I got lost in the locations and storylines.

Steve Higgs books are the best! He comes up with some of the most convoluted plots and keeps me guessing who done it!

The stories were so fun and engaging. I laughed out loud in places. And the fact they don’t contain foul language, gratuitous sex or graphic violence was a welcomed bonus.

Highly entertaining. Loved everything about the series, from the settings to the characters to the production, a true delight. Wish it didn't end.

Narrator needs a better producer

Great series but she needs a better producer. There’s several bloopers but in the story A Sleuth and her Dachshund in Athens in chapter 2 she sounds like an old man open mouth burping. It’s ridiculous and off putting.

I will forever be a Patricia Fisher fan. Loved absolutely every second of this series. Wonderful characters and excellently funny. I need my very own Jermaine! Amazing reader. Thank you so much!

Mixed thoughts…

Loved Albert smith’s culinary capers, but some of these are filled with too much filth. Yuck! Narrated really well done but by the third story I needed to clean my brain images , I know the verbal porn did not help these stories, I finished all of these and they got better. They are spellbinding and keep you listening/reading them by the last one they were worth the time, just skip the third title.
