Facsinating with some surprises

It is interesting to learn of the beginning of WWII from an Austrian aristocrat perspective. With some sad and interesting twists

very interesting

I enjoyed the book a lot. It had a very intriguing story about history as well as the story of Hedi LaMar which I had no idea of her background. I only knew of the rumors that surrounded her. Changed my view of her.

Excellent Listen

Interesting and amazing story. Hedy Lamarr’s life and journey was unbelievable. This may be a fictionalization for the narrative, but the major points are all true and astounding. Highly recommend for a light but engrossing listen.

A fascinating read!

I enjoyed the back story of Heddy Lamar. I wonder how many others have such secrets?

Interesting

I didn’t know anything about Heddy Lamar but I’m so glad I do now, she was quite incredible. Beautiful and smart and didn’t put up with overly aggressive men whom she was surrounded by. The narrator was very good and the story was definitely worth the listen.

Enlightening and Enjoyable, Should be a Movie

It’s really a shame Hedy Lamarr doesn’t get the credit she deserves. This should be a movie. I appreciate the author shedding light on Lamarr’s significant contribution to our world and enjoyed this book very much.

This book exceeded all expectations

This book came recommended to me by a trusted friend, and although the premise was interesting, I had no idea how fascinating the story would be. Excellent story and excellent narration.

Outstanding telling of an amazingly beautiful AND intelligent woman who knew how to command a stage as well as intelligent & powerful men!
