If you like twists and turns and a good story then you’ll like this. The story is rejuvenating yet sad. Many emotions. Give it a try.

Couldn’t put it down!

Story line was great. A girl power book! Not enough is said about women unable to get out of situations with men in power. Now, more than ever, we need to empower women to speak up and speak out. Our decisions and happiness are not contingent on what we are told and expected to do!!!! A great story of overcoming hardship!!!

Trigger warning: discussions of domestic abuse. Wow! Loved this! It highlighted such important aspects that need to be discussed more.

Expect the Unexpected

There were some twists that I had not seen coming at the end! I had expected a couple but the author surprised me.

Good storylines, good writing, good overall. I may need to read it again now that I know the end.

Very good story. I loved that I got two tales in one and the author did a great job at telling both stories and intersecting without confusion and in a believable way.
