Very enjoyable series!

Very enjoyable series! The story was great, the narration was great. It was exciting and romantic without being crude. Love this author and narrator.

Enjoyable

This is yet another satisfying tale of love and manners. I loved the characters. Loved the reading performance. Loved the whole thing. Well done.

Great story, so so ending

This book is different in that it doesnt focus solely on one couple but a band of friends. from which the couple meets and forms a relationship. The banter between the characters is funny and lively. The courtship is sweet and very romantic. Everything is smooth sailing. Until 3/4 of the way through, the couole hits the expected speed bump. Unfortunately the conflict was not very beloevable. There was not enough prior build up to the "secret". So when the FMC goes crazy with unsupported allegations, the entirety feels false & forced. The circumstances surrounding the reconciliation is too predictable. The whole ending through cold water on the HEA for me.

Liked it overall but ran long

It was good and I will read the next as I am curious what happens with the other spinsters. However, the secret plot and reveal between Tony and Hugh seems weak/not believable. The story dragged at times, could have been a shorter book. However, I liked the relationship between the main characters and how sweet Tony was.

What are wonderful story! Great characters and even greater narration. Can't wait to start the next in the series!!
