Publisher's summary

An unconventional guided tour inward to recognize yourself, your real self, and being accountable. Followed by emotional purging, self-forgiveness, "me time", and an overall plan to make better choices.

This audiobook is ultimately about being responsible for yourself and forgetting the blame game, pointing fingers, and worrying about who was right or wrong. It's about finding tiny pieces of joy in the actions we do for ourselves during the healing/grieving time.

not very helpful

This wasn't helpful to me as a person who has only been in emotional abusive relationships. I was not part of the problem. I left both relationships because I wanted to stop crying all the time.
