Every woman and teenage girl needs to have this book in her library. It’s a step-by-step guide to help women productively and sanely get over a guy that just isn’t into us. I’ll be getting a copy for my younger cousins.

A must-listen audiobook.

This is my holy grail of self-help books... I constantly go back and reference it. If you’ve been abused, manipulated, in a toxic relationship, grew up with abusive parents, etc. If you’re new to this genre it can be extremely eye-opening. If you’re here, you probably need that. I highly recommend you give it a listen!

Remove toxicity.

This audiobook is very good and helped me a lot. The writer does a great job of making you understand and react better to negative or toxic people and how it truly affects you too. This book helped me to deal with bad things that happened to me. Happy listening!

Everyone needs this book at some point

I really enjoyed listening to this book with my niece. The Author's insights were helpful but also made us smile at times. I think it helped her a lot, knowing that she is not the only one that goes through these kinds of things. My favorite part was the section on growing stronger afterward and developing the courage to move on. A joy to listen to.

Lovely audiobook!

Stumbled upon this book. Once I started listening, I had a hard time finding stopping points. Each section seemed to speak to my broken self, my broken heart. Anxious to find the point where the heart becomes whole again, I listened to the entire book in two days. I will take the action steps and allow my heart to heal.

This audiobook gives such good doable advice. Great ideas which my sister can't wait to start and learn from. It is an easy listen and mind-blowing.
