Great principles, but leaves you wanting...

This book helps HVAC contractors realize the importance of great principles, systems, leadership and ideas with guidelines for future development. This book decides not to show the already developed and proven HVAC processes and systems that were created by the co-author that led to his success. Instead, it merely points you towards the path, so that you can create your own "wheel." Honestly, the reason why I bought the book was so that the wheel could be given to me and I could make it my own from that point forward. Buy this book if you want direction and inspiration, not a blueprint.

It is easy to listen to a book that the co-author is in your world. It was great to hear the highs and the lows of business that Ken went through. I love hearing great stories about fellow grinders, guys that just get it done. No excuses
