Misleading title

Al Levi has you trapped in his living room, keeping you for hours while he explains his life story that you may have seemed interested in for a moment, but quickly realized he's just a rambling boomer. He talks big about himself from others' point of view just to paint a picture of how great a guy he is. The actual substance is minimal and mostly from other sources about how to run a business in general. Paragraphs detailing the corporate methodology of his specific company with almost nothing substantial. A misleading title and topic.

Least helpful business book

I've been a contractor for over 10 years and have read many great books on contracting such as the E myth revisited and The million dollar service contractor. I got through half of the 1st chapter and could not listen anymore. This guy loves to talk about his accomplishments and why he is great and why everybody thinks he is great. Without getting to chapter 2 I could confidently assume he has very little information on what technologies and latest tools there are that can help your company. I'm sure he has done well for himself throughout his years and I am happy for him but I regret buying this book as I have little interest about what he did 20/40 years ago to make a successful business.

Even a $2 hotdog has a system to make it.

Everything we do needs a system, so does my contracting business. What a fantastic book to study as my business grows.

A Great tool to build your business

This book opened my mind to the possibility of growing my business while not sacrificing quality, control, or profit. It gave me a better understanding of what I need to do to build a proper foundation before continuing to hire. I wish I would have read this sooner, and taken action sooner. It’s an easy listen, and I got though it quickly.
