my brain is on overload

this book has a lot of actionable information unlike most of the books I've read that are a lot of personal motivation. I will definitely you listen to this book over and over and use it as a resource in running my new business

One of the best business books out there

This book tackles every aspect of business and provides key actionable advice in every area. Mike not only shares what he’s learned and how to be successful but causes you to think about how to apply it in your own business. The start doing, keep doing, and stop doing process and his key questions for every decision have helped me get more clarity and make better business decisions.

Hard to keep listening

I’m not sure why but I am having the hardest time staying focused on what he is saying. Probably good info but the way this is read with no pauses and no stories I just find it difficult to listen to. I don’t feel it’s helping me much.

it's like they forgot to edit it....

lots of re-reads of the same lines. it's pretty annoying. I think they got about half way thru editing and said "meh, that's good enough." lots of good information ... not disappointed I bought it. they should fire who ever approved this to be published. sad.

A must read for any business leader or entrepreneur

This book is full of practical ways to improve your business. I have read tons of business books I have to say this is in my top 5 business books of all time!!!
I am looking for to more books by this author. Read it you will not be disappointed!!

A true must read!

I have read hundreds of business books, this one is the one I go back to over and over again. It pulls solid concepts from Michael Gerber (Emyth), Mike Michalowicz(Profit First), and puts them together for a book that marries technical with the back office.

This book would be worth it for just the first chapter alone. So many steps that you will have a great foundation to build from.

copy and paste ending actions at the end of every chapter was grating. could have been a shorter book.
