Read about this book (or two books in fact) in a magazine review. As good as they said. Not too long, not too short. Good if u want to be a more determined person as well as learn how to ACTUALLY do intermittent fasting without all the nonsense on the internet. Recommended.

Easy to understand

I really enjoyed this book. I’ve mainly read Dr. Fung’s books and although I love digging into the science of fasting, I was looking for something easier to use as an intro to explain to friends and family that are interested in IF. This does the trick! I periodically re read this and serves as a simple reminder. Down 53 lbs 50 more to go.

Lost weight

Losing weight and KEEPING the weight off (well fat, not weight I guess) is not easy but intermittent fasting has been working for me for a while. This book helped a lot.
