Worth the read
I have been carnivore for 3 years know and I do already know a lot about the topic. I got the book though a promotional code and I thought I’d give it a go. I was quite surprised! Still had some information in it I did not know yet and it is also always nice to hear you are doing the right things.

Missed some things.
This is an interesting and informative book. I just wish there was more detail. I was recently told to look into the carnivore diet. I don’t regret it but I am not convinced yet, as I said it was very interesting, but I need to know more before I can make a good decision on this whole carnivore thing.
