The Amazing Compendium of Passive Income

This book is a wonderful resource for all types of passive income and includes basic instructions for how to get started with any of them. I have had some of these on my list, and others were new to me, that I will try because of this book. I will listen many more times! I will note that the narrator made several mistakes, such as saying "International Revenue Service" instead of Internal Revenue Service, and spelled out the letters to HCOL as HOCL (just to name a couple) - these things should have been caught before publication. That's my only note. I can't wait to put the great information here into action!

A solid intro to the subject

This is my first book on the subject and I thought it provided great insight. Very informative with lots of tips and follow up information. I recommend this book to get an overall picture on passive income.

Loved it! I have already started on so much from this and her other book. so much great information on how to get started ASAP with as minimal cash as possible for investing and how to save.

So much great information!

I feel like I've learned so much about passive income from Rachel and this book. She lays out several different avenues to obtain a passive income stream (or two!). She also spends necessary time explaining how the current state of our culture, economy and time period no longer allow for the nest egg theory to preside. She uses ample data to make the case that millienials cannot expect to work a typical 9-5, five day a week job and save enough to retire comfortably. Now that I'm aware of this, I am spending time on creating passive income streams NOW that will help me earn and save more money from now through retirement. Thanks so much, Rachel!

Honest

This book gives you the perspective and give you some information to look for when making your passive income. It is well needed. The only complaint I have was that some of the abbreviated words were not explained. But overlooking that it is still worth anyone’s money

Good for beginners, do your homework

Pros: This book is great for people who come into the whole "passive income" thing with very little knowledge. It's a great breakdown, very digestible, and makes the whole concept approachable. The author has a very fresh approach to what could be deemed old ideas.
Cons: Not a great audiobook - it's like a reference book you'll want to mark up, take notes and refer to, so listening to the whole thing through is a bit much. Also, I do think it's worth mentioning that some of these strategies are inherently risky as with all financial endeavors so I'd recommend doing a little further digging (including risks and pitfalls) before jumping on board completely with anything.

A truly fun ride for my brain

I am an experienced investor. This book is
entertaining, thought provoking, and full of great ideas. It is perfect for recommending to anyone interesting in getting ahead in real life.

The beginning was not captivating, in my opinion, but because I heard you in the “money pockets, “ I was able to continue to hear you out. Not disappointed at all. Thank you for taking the time to share all that is available to learn for passive income.

Great book with practical ideas

This book gave practical ideas on how to make passive income. I have been wanting to learn more about Amazon FBA. I would recommend this title as a good read for anyone wanting to make supplemental income
