One of the most useful audiobooks I've heard

I really enjoyed the no nonsense and humorous way information was given in this book. I haven't really paid much attention to my skin but after reaching a certain birthday recently I knew it was time to start taking better care of myself, so I bought this audiobook. I learned a ton and have started using or applying methods mentioned. I even bought the hard cover as a reference book. Highly Recommended!

Great advice Dr. Youn!

This is one of my favorite skin care books. The advice is great. There were plenty of DIY treatments to try.

Looking Good at Any Age

Youn provides a comprehensive menu of choices for people who want to look their best both with and without plastic surgery. He lists non-surgical options (including skin care routines) and actually mentions product names. The downloadable pdf is helpful and illuminating. This book is well worth a listen and it's suitable for those who are considering plastic surgery as well as simpler non-surgical routines.

Excellence book!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed The Age Fix book from beginning to end. Each chapter was informative and interesting. Dr Youn gained my trust by the 2nd chapter. I'm very happy he was honest in sharing so many beauty secrets from head to toe. This book certainly deserves 4 thumbs up. Yay

Horrible advice

Some of the at home treatments recommended in this book are terrible. I'm a licensed esthetician and I DO NOT recommend using mayonnaise for your crows feet or scrubbing your body with a kitchen sponge. smh
