Fantastic-holding my breath for book two

Love the book. Characters were authentic and believable. Finally character that was logical and believable.

fun ride

if you love a good op main charecter and isakai you will enjoy this. story is well paced and has fun charecter building.

Narrator almost made it unbearable

I think the story was pretty good, and I intend to read at least the next one, but the narrator just made listening to it nearly unbearable. Maybe the style was the producers intention, but it wasn’t for me. Sounded more like someone reading for their kid than a professional production. The main issue was the voices, the intimation and inflection didn’t sound natural nor believable.

Pretty good story.. genuinely bad performance

Genuinely poor work by the narrator made the listen difficult. Might as well be on librivox. If not for him I would definitely get the next on in the series.

Enjoyed the story

Enjoyed the story but the narration was ok. Not bad, just kind of annoying when trying to sound like kids or a woman. Just not a lot of range.
