It could be a bad joke, but apparently, it happens so often that they have a standard procedure for returning you. That standard procedure doesn't apply to Arnold.

Now stuck on a new Earth, in a new universe, with no way home, Arnold must use his gaming skills to figure out how to level his farmer class to 100 and gain a second class which doesn't make him want to beat his head against the wall. There is just one small problem: Farmers don't gain experience from killing monsters. Like at all.

Follow Arnold on his hilarious journey as he stubbornly comes to grips with his new reality and tries to change his destiny from that of your typical farmer.

Hilarious

Overall this is a funny book. A little dark in the beginning but over funny for a litrpg. Good story really enjoyable.

Fun story and fast listen

Surprisingly fun story that kept me engaged while relaxing my mind. If you find yourself taking things too serious, give this a try.

rough intro, but rapidly picks up

the intro was really rough, and I almost put it down. but I enjoyed his other books, and I figured why not. I'll give it a couple of chapters, and it really picked up about chapter four or five.

Don’t miss this one

Incredibly well written, engaging characters, stimulating plot, unexpected humor- don’t miss it. Well worth the listen, starting book 2!

I like cat and way he and Arnold interaction. And humor with the other many characters.

An Emotional Rollercoaster

There are few stories, fiction or not, that have the power at times to pull at your heart one moment in deep sadness, then the next moment with joy, quite like listening to the beginning of this tale after reading the whole thing at least once. I like this style of telling, i like the strange plot. give this a go, and you may as well.

This was a great story that is a good beginning for a new series!

There’s a lot of action from the start of the story. The hero always seems to be lost and uninformed, but he always overcomes his adversity. Once you finish the story you will want the next chapter!

great litrpg for newbs

This is my second litrpg book I've listened to since learning of the genre. For those unfamiliar, it's watching a main character grow and level while reading/ listening to their stat changes and interfaces. Listening to Arnold as he stumbles through his new experience of going from home alone to saw is damn right hilarious.

Great listen

The story started out slow but as it grew it got better and better. The character are well told and leaves you wanting more! Can’t wait to read the next book.

Interesting story!

The voices were great! Wish they stretched this story a little bit more and less of a fast pace. The hero literally had to get stronger and stronger. But it was a good feel good adventure.
